1. Information we collect

  • 1.1IP addresses. Your browser's IP address is detected through standard use of internet protocols and is stored on our servers for internal use: usage registration, download and playback optimization, statistics and similar purposes.
  • 1.2E-mail. We store users' e-mail addresses for registration and statistics. We do not lease, sell or provide your e-mail to any third party.
  • 1.3Cookies. You explicitly allow HotLink.cc to create and store cookies on your device. They are used only for your convenience, such as keeping you logged in and saving your settings.
  • 1.4Safe operation. We take security measures to protect the information provided by our users from loss, misuse or unauthorized change. Files are accessible only to our staff or via the link provided to the uploader. Files are deleted after a certain period of inactivity, for violation of our Terms of Service or applicable law, or by the uploader.
  • 1.5Payment card information. All payments are handled by third-party payment providers. Your payment details are passed to them only to complete the transaction and are handled under their own policies. HotLink.cc does not store card numbers or other banking details.
  • 1.6Advertisers. Ads on our site may be placed by third-party advertisers or their agents. They may use information automatically disclosed by your browser (location, IP address, language, etc.) to show relevant ads. Information collected on third-party pages is not covered by this policy.

2. Disclosure

  • 2.1HotLink.cc may disclose your personal information when necessary to defend its legal rights.
  • 2.2If your actions give reason to suspect harmful conduct, threaten anyone's physical safety or constitute another serious crime, all information known about you (including personal details, IP addresses and payment data) may be disclosed to law enforcement and/or internet service providers without prior notice.
  • 2.3If files appearing to involve child exploitation are found, the uploader's account is deleted immediately, and all known information about it is sent to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and to law enforcement without prior notice.
  • 2.4Your information may also be disclosed as required by a legal process.
